Who is the extended warranty for?
U.S. customers who want a little extra peace of mind with their new Let's Start Coding Kit. The extended warranty is currently available for purchase only at the same time as your kit purchase from LetsStartCoding.com. In other words, you may not purchase the kit elsewhere, then purchase an extended warranty later. 

How long does the warranty last?

6 months after your original order date, or for orders placed between November 1 and December 31, until June 30 of the following year. We extend the warranty to account for holiday gifts that may not be received immediately after purchase. 

What does the warranty cover?

Accidental damage, wear and tear that impacts your kit's usability, as well as any mechanical or electrical failures that occur during use.

Note that the extended warranty does not cover lost or stolen kits. We may ask you to provide the damaged item to us for inspection and, at our discretion, repair and return to you. Returning the damaged kit is a condition of the extended warranty's repair / replace policy. 

My kit is broken. What do I do?

Email info@letsstartcoding.com and tell us the order number where you purchased the extended warranty. We can confirm the warranty status there. Then, we'll work with you on returning your broken item to us and getting yours repaired or replaced.
